Order Process
1. Mockup Approval: The order process will begin only after the customer approves the mockup design provided by RR Gear.
2.Payment Terms:
-A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the order.
-The remaining 50% payment must be transferred after the customer approves the final product and before shipping.
Order Updates and Communication
-Manufacturing Hub will keep the customer informed about the progress of their order at every stage.
-Any changes, delays, or updates related to the order will be communicated promptly.
Final Product Approval
-Once the order is completed, Manufacturing Hub will share the final look of the products through photos or videos.
-The customer must review and approve the final product before it is packed and shipped.
Shipping and Tracking
-After the customer approves the final product and transfers the remaining payment, Manufacturing Hub will proceed with packing and shipping.
-Tracking details will be shared with the customer once the order is shipped, allowing them to monitor the delivery status.
Order Receipt Confirmation
-Upon receiving the order, the customer must notify Manufacturing Hub to confirm delivery.
Samples Policy
-Manufacturing Hub does not provide free samples.
-If a customer requests samples, they must bear the full expense, including production and shipping costs.
Customer Responsibilities
-Ensure all provided information (e.g., shipping address, design specifications) is accurate and complete.
-Respond promptly to communications from Manufacturing Hub regarding mockup approval, final product approval, and payment.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
Manufacturing Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at anytime. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
